Alliance and Immigrant Children’s Program (ICP) Enrollees: On October 1, 2025, you will no longer have AmeriHealth Caritas DC or any managed care plan for your coverage. If you still have coverage under the Alliance program, DHCF will act as your managed care plan. To make sure that you don’t miss any important information, look for mail from DHCF and log in to your account at districtdirect.dc.gov for notices.
