AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia offers the Healthy DC Plan to eligible enrollees

This is a federally-funded, no-cost health insurance program for residents with low incomes who are no longer eligible for Medicaid but would qualify for coverage under the Affordable Care Act through DC Health. The Healthy DC Plan covers essential health benefits such as primary and specialty care, hospitalization, and prescriptions.
