AmeriHealth Caritas DC is in the process of developing a network of high-quality Healthy DC Plan health care providers to support your health care needs.
As of today, for Healthy DC Plan, AmeriHealth Caritas DC is contracted with the hospitals and health centers listed below. This a small sample of the providers that will be part of the Healthy DC Plan network in 2026. If you were an AmeriHealth Caritas DC Medicaid enrollee who is now transitioning to Healthy DC Plan, we will contact your primary care physician (PCP) to determine if they will be able to join the Healthy DC Plan network. We will continue to add providers to the network over time, and they will be reflected in our printable and online provider directories. The printed and online provider directories will be available in mid-December 2025.
