As an AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia (DC) enrollee, you can have an appointment with a provider whenever you need it, without leaving your home. Video and phone calls | A provider will review the medical history you provide and contact you. The average callback wait time is around 60 minutes or less. Standard messaging and data fees may apply.
Press 2 for:
House calls | A trained health care professional will come to your home and assess and treat your condition, if they can. If you need to see a clinician, together you and the responder will have a video session with a doctor or nurse practitioner. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Emotional support coaching information | Chat via live text with a trained behavioral health coach. You can receive emotional support for life challenges, such as anxiety or trouble sleeping, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
An Enrollee Services team member will walk you through downloading the relevant emotional support app based on your age and needs. Standard messaging and data fees may apply.
