As an AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia (DC) enrollee, you can have an appointment with a provider whenever you need it, without leaving your home. Like all of our covered benefits, there is no cost to AmeriHealth Caritas DC enrollees for using these services. Call 1-833-669-7679 to get connected to care when you need it.

Press 1 for:
Video and phone calls | A provider will review the medical history you provide and contact you. The average callback wait time is around 60 minutes or less. Standard messaging and data fees may apply.
Download the RelyMD app from the Google Play store or Apple App Store. You can also register or log in online.
Press 2 for:
Emotional support coaching information | Chat via live text with a trained behavioral health coach. You can receive emotional support for life challenges, such as anxiety or trouble sleeping, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
An Enrollee Services team member will walk you through downloading the relevant emotional support app based on your age and needs.
If you are age 21 or older, download the Headspace Care app from the Google Play store or Apple App Store to text with an emotional support coach now.*
To get started talking with someone, contact Headspace Care:
- Download the Headspace Care app.
- In the app, tap Get Started, then tap Verify with Name, DOB, ZIP.
- Follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
Enrollees ages 13 – 20 should text 886-886 and use referral code "AmeriHealth" during enrollment to start texting with a MindRight support coach now.*
