Your ID Card
After you enroll in the AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia (DC) Healthy DC Plan and you have picked a primary care provider (PCP), we will send your enrollee identification (ID) card in the mail. This card lets your doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and others know that you are an enrollee of AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia.
Remember to carry your enrollee ID card with you at all times. Always show your card before receiving any medical care and getting medicine at a pharmacy.
If there are any problems, or if you have lost your card, call Enrollee Services at 1‑844‑214‑2470 (TTY 711).

You will need this number to register for the portal and mobile app.
